Like some of you might know that Sony Ericsson PC-Suite doesn't work with Windows Vista. That's why I'm going to help a little bit by posting this guide, which tells you how you can sync your phone with Outlook. Enjoy!
Thanks to the folks over at the SE-NSE forums I was able to have my K790a recognized by Windows and install the drivers, then with a 3rd party application I was able to sync with Outlook. This application apparently supports Thunderbird and iCal as well, although I have only tried Outlook 2007.
I'm running Windows Vista Business x86.The drivers on the CD are actually designed to work on Windows XP. However, due to the similar architecture of Vista's environment, they seem to work just fine as well. Note: PC Suite software will not work, no matter what you try. The drivers are in a separate folder on the CD under Drivers.
