W850i is a well featured phone & the music features are the best quality I have ever heard BUT & a big BUT the shape is horrible to use. I was recommended by two very professional friends to get this phone & they are totally right it is easy to use, looks good & the features & build quality is super BUT the shape & size of it is horrible. I have come to realise that this is a man's mobile phone, it is too wide & clumpy for a lady. Sorry but the friends who recommended this phone were MEN, silly me for not considering that their needs are different to mine. I am now stuck with it for a full year, oh well at least it works perfectly just a bit big for my liking. Typical woman signing off. LOL.
