Sony Ericsson to announce Victoria and Jie on August 14th?

Yesterday we posted that Sony Ericsson might be announcing new handsets on August 14th. Now we got some new information about what we might see on August 14th. According to scotsboyuk at se-nse Sony Ericsson will announce a new handset, codenamed Victoria: "The handset is very thin, thinner than the T650 according to our source, and features a 3.2 MP camera. In keeping with the handset's thin look the camera lens is flush against the body of the handset. The lens itself, according to our source, looks great and has a sliding metal cover although the handset itself is made of plastic."

scotsboyuk also has information about new Cyber-Shot handset: "Our source mentioned a gold/mocha colouring, whether that's the only combination available I don't know. Our source said there was no Cybershot branding although I wonder if this is perhaps because it was a prototype, but then again it may not be intended as a Cybershot handset."

Codename Jie will be the Vodafone exclusive version of the K530 with HSDPA.
