I just found out this project called JOEY and it looks and sounds pretty interesting. JOEY is developed by Mozilla, which is well-known from Firefox web browser and the idea of JOEY is to bring the Web content you need most to your mobile phone by allowing you to easily send it to your device. All you need to do is to install JOEY plugin to your Firefox and to get a JOEY account. Then you are ready to send text clippings, pictures, videos, RSS content and Live Bookmarks to your phone throught the JOEY Server.

I have to admit, I haven't watched Johnny Bravo, but I have heard it's a very popular cartoon series. If you have enjoyed Johnny Bravo cartoons, I'm sure you are glad that GlobalFun has announced plans to release Johhny Bravo game for mobile phones. Johnny Bee Good wil be a platform game, based on the Johnny Bravo. Unfortuntely GlobalFun hasn't released any other detail about the gameplay.

New firmware for Sony Ericsson P990i and W950i

Just like Sony Ericsson promised, they have released a new fimrware for Sony Ericsson P990i (R6E28) and W950i Symbian smartphones. The new firmware contains some small bug fixes, such as the space bar bug has been fixed. Users also reported that autofocus and video recording are now working better, but menu speed is the same, as before the update.

I guess this is the final firmware update for these devices. I hope all the bigges bugs are now fixed.

Working iSync plugin for Sony Ericsson P990i

It's finally here! Working Apple iSync plugin for Sony Ericsson P990i. The plugin is based on official (unpublished) P1i iSync plugin and contains only simple modifications made by mate at My-Symbian. Before you can use the plugin you need to update your phone with the lates firmware.

Many users reported phone crashes (with P990i) when trying to sync, so the plugin isn't perfect, but definitely the best one so far.

I'm sure you have seen all the cool widgets that iPhone has. Would you like to see those on your phone? Now you can have those iPhone-like widgets on your Symbian based smartphone. Widgetop mobile brings iPhone-like widgets toyour smartphone so now you can access your own personal Web Desktop anywhere. Unfortunately the service is only available for smartphones that runs on S60 3rd edition, but don't worry. In the future Widgetop is going to add support to the Opera mobile browser. I hope soon Sony Ericsson users can also enjoy these widgets. Meanwhile you might want to try WidSets.
